The service
The Wellness Miami provides evidence-based preventive and wellness care under the supervision of a Florida-licensed medical director. Information on the site is for general education only and does not constitute medical advice. Outcomes vary; we do not guarantee any specific clinical result.
Bookings and payments
Initial 15-minute consultations are free and carry no obligation. Paid services and memberships are billed per the pricing shown at the time of booking. We are a cash-pay clinic and do not bill insurers directly; itemised superbills are provided on request.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a paid appointment. Same-day cancellations may incur a modest fee.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
