What we collect
When you book a consultation, request our longevity guide, or check your benefits, we collect the contact details you give us (name, email, phone) and the answers you provide. When you visit our site we collect basic analytics (page views, device type, referrer) to improve the experience.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about your enquiry, deliver the guide you asked for, and provide the clinical service you book. We do not sell your data.
Protected health information
Any clinical information you share with our medical team is treated as Protected Health Information under HIPAA and stored in our clinical record system. See our HIPAA notice for details.
